This policy explains how Tiny Desk AI Video handles information when you use this site.
Information you provide
We process account details such as name, email and authentication data, portraits you submit, generation settings, task history, support messages and payment-order records. A portrait preview is local to your browser until you submit it for generation. Do not upload photos without permission.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver videos, maintain your credits and history, prevent abuse, handle payments and provide support. We do not state that uploaded portraits are anonymous; they can identify a person.
Service providers
When configured, authentication uses our account system and optionally Google sign-in. Kie processes submitted generation inputs, Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded media and results, Stripe processes payments, and Resend sends account emails. Their processing may occur outside your country. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
Account cookies maintain your sign-in session. Local browser storage remembers an active task so you can return to it. If configured, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure site usage; uploaded portraits are excluded from session capture in our creation interface. We do not sell your uploaded portraits. Browser privacy controls can limit optional tracking.
Retention and your choices
Account and task information remains available for the operation of your account; no automatic media-deletion period is currently promised. Contact support@tinydeskai-video.com for access, correction or deletion requests. We may retain limited records where needed for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Service providers may maintain their own required records.
Children and sensitive content
The service is intended for adults. Do not submit children’s photos, sensitive identity documents or intimate material. We may remove content or restrict accounts for misuse.
Changes and contact
