By using Tiny Desk AI Video, you agree to these conditions for accounts, generation and credit purchases.
Accounts and availability
You must be an adult and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure. During setup or maintenance, generation and checkout may be unavailable. Displayed output quality is a target setting, not a guarantee of identity accuracy or artistic quality.
Permission and acceptable use
Only submit media you are authorized to use and process. You are responsible for permissions relating to likeness, copyright, music and footage. Do not create sexual or exploitative content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, fraud or unlawful material. Clearly disclose AI editing when needed to avoid misleading viewers.
Credits and purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Purchased credits do not expire and are not cash or transferable stored value. Solo, Starter and Encore are repeatable purchases that add credits to your balance. Solo is a launch offer available at the displayed price while offered; it has no per-account purchase limit. The generator displays the credit cost before submission; every new generation uses credits.
Failures and refunds
A task that reaches failed status automatically reverses the credits used for that task. This is separate from a payment-card refund. If your payment is duplicated, credits are not delivered, or the service cannot provide what you purchased, contact support@tinydeskai-video.com with your order reference. Card-refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law; no blanket refusal overrides your statutory rights.
AI results and third-party rights
Results can vary and may contain artifacts or inconsistent likenesses. We provide no guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable or suitable for a specific use. Your upload permissions and any third-party rights continue to apply. A purchase does not license Charlie Wilson’s recording, NPR footage or other third-party material. This service is not affiliated with those parties.
Service changes and responsibility
We may update features, suspend misuse or discontinue unavailable integrations. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
